I was extremely uncomfortable and overall miserable. I couldn't sleep, I could barely walk and I was constantly worried about what my body was going to look like after I gave birth. All of this led me to do research about ways to enhance the pregnancy experience. I literally spent thousands of dollars on expert advice, products and services.
